I achieved at 25 what most people aspire to manifest their entire lives. I had a house, finances, graduated from the top business school, worked on amazing projects, traveled the world, yet was plagued with loneliness and high levels of stress. This came to a head one day when I was immediately rushed to the emergency room from a severe anxiety attack that was triggered by extreme burnout and unhealthy lifestyle choices.
I was so used to forcing myself through situations that I didn’t realize I was racing to an early grave. While contemplating my life in the hospital, I made a choice to serve a new purpose and empower leaders through the techniques of energy mastery.
When I assessed my routine, I realized intentional energy management was extremely lacking. So, I took a chance and conditioned my body through daily meditation, started to reprogram my thoughts, deprogram old emotional attachments and take inspired action towards change.
Using this method I felt immediate alignment to a life once unfulfilled and was instantly activated to a purpose driven lifestyle. This was no coincidence, and thus began the journey of tracking my progress using a combination of neuroscience, epigenetics, and energetic tools to further optimize my full human potential. Realizing how vital this holistic approach to energy mastery helped me excel in life, I embarked on a journey to share these tools and methodology with the world.
