Chair Yoga Flow @ 12pm EST

This Friday we’ll guide participants through chair/couch movement sequences to bring increased circulation and exercise into our daily routines. Improving flexibility, relieving cramps, stiffness, and creating a happy mental state are one of many benefits that chair yoga can provide for our bodies during this time of need. With the amount of time people sit at their desks, couch, or bed at home working remotely, our at home self care methods are a powerful way to build resilient immune systems and mental peace of mind. Join C3 instructor Nicole James as she gives us a taste of a typical group session.
