Self Massaging Techniques @ 12pm EST

This Friday we’ll learn hands-on methods for manually releasing muscular tension points throughout our body, while being guided through relaxed breathing and visualization techniques. Gentle movement positions will be incorporated in addition to gradually easing stress on our joints and connective tissues. Our self-care tools are powerful ways to build resilient immune system and mental peace of mind. Join C3 instructor Daniel Fresco as he gives us a taste of one of his typical group session.
