We invite you to join a very special C3 Yoga Flow, as we close the year by setting our intentions on Transformation.
Through the many phases of transformation this year, we have been essentially shedding the old self to bring forth a rebirth into our truer self and core essence of love and light. This rebirth occurs inwardly and in the consciousness, triggering a complete reality shift. This melding of energy recalibrates our entire vibrational existence into a more refined reflection of ourselves creating a new human.
We’ll prepare for 2020 by diving into a 30 minute exercise to open up the pathway for transformation, while experiencing a rebirth of our highest intentions through a very integrated yoga flow.
