A nourishing class to ground down the nervous system for slowing down mentally. Melani will share a mix of embodied meditations, gentle movement poses, and contemporary pilates practices in a way that promotes ease in the mind and heart. We’ll practice relaxation techniques that will allow you to “let go” into a deep state of stillness. We’ll be moving to the heartwarming tunes of Sarah Favinger playing double bass. Open to bodies of all kinds. All you need is a mat and water for hydration.
