We invite you to an empowering fitness-based yoga practice this Friday. As our instructor will lead an energetic flow, fluidly guiding participants from one pose to the next while connecting breathing and inspiring the body to come alive at the end of the work week. Our self care flow helps facilitate the flow of nutrients throughout the entire body, improving our connection to our central nervous system thus building a resilient body and immune system.
