Building Your Wellness Squad

“having a mental wellness coach that puts you in the driver seat of creating your reality.”

There’s been little conversation around the importance of having a support system for all of your health and wellness needs. In the past, most of us would jump from studio to studio, special event, to curated experience, each offering a unique taste of what health and wellness is, and could be.

And while all that exploring can be incredibly enriching, there is power in consistency. Now that our wellness routines have shifted, it’s important to have a reliable and dependable wellness confidante that can keep you honest, and on track with where you are in relation to your goals and potential.

Before building your wellness squad, let’s first consider which areas in your life you’re looking to improve. As listed by The National Wellness Institute, there are six main dimensions of overall well being; Emotional, Occupational, Physical, Social, Intellectual, and Spiritual. Each of these dimensions are crucial to achieving optimal wellbeing, and will ultimately leave you feeling holistically complete.

Considering each area in your life, may pose as an intriguing challenge. Maybe you’ve never considered your spiritual well being before, or you’ve overlooked your occupation as being an element contributing to your wellness journey. Perhaps you’ve spent more time cultivating your social wellness, and less time on your physical or mental wellness.

Wherever you are in this process is perfect. Because from here, you can explore areas for growth and opportunity.

At C3, we see mental wellness as being the key to discovering your purpose and achieving your full human potential. Why? Because when our minds are mentally well and strong, our feelings are understood, and our actions lead to healthy patterns we are in control of curating the exact life we desire.

To help you achieve this level of optimized well being, we’ve created three unique coaching offerings to guide you through the C3 framework
