Expand beyond your habitual breathing patterns to boost your immunity and destress in your thoracic cavity. For this class grab, a small pillow or a folded blanket to support you while you are guided by Emma Fitzsimmons through deeply relaxing breath exercises to expand lung capacity. Together we will move and stretch our ribs, shoulders, and neck to decompress the upper body.
