How a 4-day Workweek Supports Mental Health

If this shift in lifestyle and work culture caused you to think about your company’s work schedule differently you’re not alone. In fact, now that more employees and teams have adopted #workfromhome operations, trends predict that future jobs will shift to support this lifestyle.

Of course, a shift of this nature requires a dedicated strategy on how to support the focus, wellbeing and optimization of employees, regardless of whether they are working from home, or from a dedicated office. Here at c3, we are dedicated to providing services that enhance employee happiness, productivity, and overall well being. One practice we’ve recently adopted in our own team is the #fourdayworkweek. And we’re not the only ones, this recent article from Fast Company displays the incredible impacts of shifting to a 4 day workweek.

If this shift feels like too much of an unpredictable strategy, consider integrating employee wellness into your weekly schedule. As of 2020, “millennials will make up about 50% of the American workforce.” (inc.com) which means that more employees will be looking for integrative offerings that support employee success and wellbeing.
